*I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be provided.
*Completion time for commissions is 2-5 weeks.
*Clients must indicate if their commission is time-sensitive (additional fees may apply for rush orders).
*The final artwork will be delivered via email in full resolution.
*Files are typically sent in .png format, but I can provide other formats (e.g., .pdf, .jpg) upon request.
*Please provide as many references and details as possible; I cannot work solely from descriptions.
*You can request changes during the sketch phase. Afterward, only minor adjustments will be allowed.
*Major changes (such as altering poses or clothing) will incur additional charges. Please review initial progress updates carefully.
*You may request progress updates at any stage of the commission process.
*I reserve the right to post progress or finished pieces on social media. If you prefer the work to remain private, there will be an extra charge.
*You are allowed to print the artwork or create personal-use products.
*You may share the commissioned artwork publicly with my watermark or proper credit to me as the artist.
*You CANNOT claim the artwork as your own.
*My artwork CANNOT be used for Artificial Intelligence or AI-related activities under any circumstances.
*My artwork CANNOT be used for NFT-related purposes under any circumstances.
*Copying or tracing my artwork is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.YOU HAVE ALL RIGHT TO ASK ABOUT SPEEDPAINT OF FINISHED ART (all 30 sec speedpaint due to procreate standard)

*All payments are due to euro in euro via Pay Pall or via international bank payments.
You have the option to pay via a Belarusian or Polish bank if using an international transfer. The bank fee is not included in the artwork price and must be covered strictly by the client.

Additionally, if you don't want me to post the process or the final artwork, you must mention it. Otherwise, I will assume you are giving permission for me to post it.*After your request please allow 1-2 business days for me to get back to you via email about the status of your commission.

~ Exact price (including all calculations)
~ Any questions I might have for you.
~ My payment information
*The commission will not be started until half (or full) prepayment.
*You MUST send me reference photos (the more specific the better). Please provide a clear idea of the work they would like.
*I will keep you updated about the progress of your piece with included images
*Sketches and thumb-nailing phases will be sent to clients for approval before moving forward with the piece.FINAL NOTES
